Anyone requesting an appointment will be contacted promptly and within 24 hours at the latest. Obviously, in cases of absolute urgency, please let us know. An appointment is necessary to properly analyze your case and provide you with reliable legal advice. Unless you are traveling far from your home, it is recommended to make an appointment at the office to allow you to show your lawyer all the documents in your possession.
At the end of this first meeting, you will receive an objective and complete analysis of the situation with information on the nature of the procedure, its issues, its duration, its complexity, and if applicable its feasibility.
At the end of this initial meeting, a fee proposal will be made to you, taking into account the complexity of the case and its challenges. A fee agreement must be finalized subsequently. So, there will be no unpleasant surprises at Maître CARBONETTO's office.

Your case will be handled as quickly as possible. Clients are encouraged to be diligent when requested to provide documents, as this is in their best interest.
